Welcome to my website. I’m a certified Yoga, Pilates and Fitness Instructor teaching group and one-to-one sessions, including ante and post-natal, in South East London.

Through my own experience of anxiety, depression and burnout, and subsequent training in humanistic counselling, I recognise the relationship between our physical and emotional experience and understand all too well the interdependence between mental health and physical wellbeing.

I take a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to fitness, which enables me to tailor sessions that meet your goals and individual needs.

I wear a number of hats, balancing Yoga and fitness, and psychotherapy training with work as a campaigner for the Campaign to End Loneliness and promoting career coaching organisation Careershifters.

Miriam holds QCF Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, OCR Level 2 Pilates, OCR Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante- and Post-Natal Clients & a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling from the Gestalt Centre.
