Welcome to my website. I’m a health and lifestyle writer and certified Yoga, Pilates and Fitness Instructor with a specialism in ante and post-natal fitness.
Through my own experience of anxiety, depression and burnout, and subsequent training in humanistic counselling, I recognise the relationship between our physical and emotional experience and understand very well the interdependence between mental health and physical wellbeing.
I take a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to fitness, which enables me to tailor sessions that meet your goals and individual needs.
I co-run The Nurture Hub with Hypnobirthing teacher and massage therapist, Chanelle Thornton. We founded the Nurture Hub with the aim of offering support to families in our local community, helping them to live well at every life-stage, from pregnancy onwards.
Together we offer courses, classes and workshops to provide you with all of the support you will need during pregnancy, postnatally and beyond.
